These terms govern your use of TypeSnap (“the App”). By downloading or using TypeSnap, you agree to these terms.

License

When you purchase TypeSnap, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Macs you personally own or control.

Ownership

You own your data. Your snippets, settings, and any content you create with TypeSnap belong entirely to you. We claim no rights to your content.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Refunds

TypeSnap is sold through the Mac App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TypeSnap is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
